Cerdan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is French National Anthem. Lionheart comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Van Damme - Lion Heart (Final Fight) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lionheart fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cerdan manages to avoid it.
Lionheart swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Cerdan counters with a right hand to the body.
Cerdan throws a hook to the side of Lionheart's head but Lionheart sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Lionheart stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cerdan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lionheart is looking to work some ground and pound but Cerdan has wrist control.
Cerdan is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Lionheart postures up in Cerdan's guard and throws a big left but Cerdan blocks it.
