Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Wyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finbar OReilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wyatt's entrance music is ''Broken Out In Love''. A fine choice. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyatt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around OReilly's waist but OReilly gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wyatt off to one side.
Wyatt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by OReilly.

and OReilly counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Wyatt!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Wyatt. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw OReilly working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Wyatt takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
OReilly scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wyatt to see if he's OK.
