Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Solid Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Solid Snake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roberto Duran! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snake changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Duran tries to avoid it but Snake manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Duran to the ground. Duran escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Snake could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Duran shoots and misses and Snake decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Duran's guard. Snake drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Snake jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Snake drops back for a leg! Snake trying to control the position from guard on top but Duran is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Snake pushing down on Duran's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Duran really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Snake. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Snake not landing any meaningful shots this time. Duran tries to roll over but Snake keeps him under control. Duran is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Snake passes to side control. Duran is trying to get back to half guard. Snake has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snake looking to secure an arm triangle but Duran defends it well. Duran throwing hammer fists to the chest of Snake. What's that going to do exactly? Snake looking to finish with strikes here!
Snake with shots to the head and body - Duran looks very uncomfortable down there. BOOM! Snake connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Duran can't escape the position.
Snake cracks Duran with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Snake looking for a guillotine from mount but Duran is having none of it. Snake pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duran sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Duran tries to get to full guard but Snake has control of the leg. Duran moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Duran looking for a sweep. Not yet Duran, not yet. Duran wants to stand up but Snake is controlling him. Duran looks gassed! Snake wants to control from the top but Duran keeps moving. Snake stops Duran from standing up. Snake looking to pass the guard. Snake prevents Duran from getting back to his feet. Snake has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Duran throws a hook to the side of Snake's head but Snake sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snake throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Duran's waist but Duran gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Snake off to one side. Duran swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Snake moves out of range of the strikes. Duran gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Snake counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Snake trying to control the position from guard on top but Duran is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Snake throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Duran works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Snake is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Snake lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Snake works over Duran with some ground and pound from guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snake works a leg free and moves into half guard. Snake is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Snake wants to take a breather but Duran is having none of it. Snake works his way into side control. Snake has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Duran! Solid Snake dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Duran stuffs the takedown. Duran closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Snake blocking the ground and pound attempt from Duran. Snake is looking to control Duran's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Snake avoid being mounted? Duran scoring with strikes to the body and head. Solid Snake overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Duran looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Duran not landing any meaningful shots this time. Snake is controlling Duran's position as best he can from this difficult position. Snake makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Snake. Duran postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Snake is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Snake trying to keep a closed guard but Duran is proving a slippery customer.
Duran is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snake working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Duran. Duran thows a big elbow that misses. Snake trying to control the position.
Snake bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Duran's guard. Duran wants to sweep here but Snake controlling him for the moment. Snake looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Duran tries to get back to half guard but can't. Snake wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Duran, who protects the arm well. Duran is not content to let Snake control the position. You can see the frustration on Duran's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Snake lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snake tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Snake landing a few strikes. Duran is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Duran is looking to reverse the position. Snake scores with punches from side control. Snake in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Duran is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
