Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Firahzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Wyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Firahzi's entrance music is Bad Guy - 3OH!3. A fine choice. Wyatt comes into a darkened arena with his song building. ''Broken Out In Love'' kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Firahzi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Wyatt! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Firahzi slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Wyatt fails with a takedown attempt. Firahzi slaps away a takedown attempt from Wyatt, before circling back to the center of the mat. Wyatt shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wyatt showed some decent athleticism there. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Wyatt looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Firahzi is controlling Wyatt's position as best he can from this difficult position. Wyatt is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Firahzi is just riding it out for now. Wyatt eventually gives up the hold. Firahzi looks like he's trying to stand up.
Wyatt is looking for a kimura but Firahzi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wyatt to get the leverage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wyatt is looking for a kimura here.

Firahzi trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Wyatt looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wyatt is thwarting Firahzi's attempts to control the position. Firahzi wants to improve his position but Wyatt is controlling well.
Firahzi is pressing down on Wyatt's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wyatt drops back looking for a leg! Firahzi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Firahzi manages to kick Wyatt off! Wyatt jumps back into Firahzi's guard. Firahzi looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Wyatt passes into side control.
Wyatt thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Wyatt trying to control the position but Firahzi is working away. Firahzi can't do much from the bottom here. Wyatt is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Firahzi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Wyatt wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Firahzi, who protects the arm well. Firahzi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wyatt working away. Firahzi is trying to get back to his feet. Wyatt goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Firahzi rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Wyatt's guard! Nice work there by Firahzi! Firahzi pushing down on Wyatt's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Firahzi looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wyatt is staying active underneath Firahzi, who seems content to just control the action from this position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Firahzi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Firahzi content to control rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Joe Firahzi will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Wyatt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Firahzi.
Nice uppercut there from Firahzi. Wyatt fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Horrible takedown by Wyatt or perhaps it was just good defense by Firahzi which made him look bad. Wyatt fails with a takedown attempt. Joe Firahzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Wyatt. Firahzi cracks Wyatt with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Wyatt tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Firahzi pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Wyatt is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Firahzi! Joe Firahzi decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
