0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Davy Jones Junior! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan walks into a straight right hand from Jones Junior. Sullivan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones Junior defends it nicely. Sullivan tries for a takedown but Jones Junior circles away easily and Jones Junior counters with a lovely straight right hand! Sullivan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Jeremy Sullivan has been cut. Sullivan closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jones Junior quickly recovers to half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Sullivan is working for a kimura but Jones Junior is defending it quite comfortably.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters are battling for position here. Jones Junior manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Sullivan is pushing down on Jones Junior's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jones Junior is fighting to maintain full guard but Sullivan has managed to sneak the leg through. Sullivan prevents Jones Junior from improving his position. Sullivan in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Jones Junior tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Sullivan!
