Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ziggy Willow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Willow has chosen Blitzkrieg Bop as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cruz instigates a clinch.
Cruz pushes Willow back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Willow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cruz tries to avoid it but Willow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cruz to the ground. Cruz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Cruz takes a swing at Willow's ribcage but misses.
Willow tries to clinch up but Cruz circles away and keeps his distance.

Cruz takes the fight into the clinch.

Cruz stalks Willow and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Willow's face. Willow staggers backwards, shaken.

Willow is rocked!

Willow is still on wobbly legs! Can Cruz finish him?
Cruz lands a big right hook! Willow looks hurt but is still standing! Cruz lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Willow falls down and Cruz dives in with a huge hammer fist! Willow's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Cruz runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Chris Cruz!
