Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen disguise as his entrance music. Chris Sanchez could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Alex Lee's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Sanchez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alex Lee! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sanchez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Sanchez is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at GnP Factory Elite Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Lee stops Sanchez from standing up. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Sanchez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sanchez wants to stand and escape but Lee is having none of it. Lee controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Lee trying to control but Sanchez is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Alex Lee was stalling too much, according to the referee. Lee gets tackled into the cage by Sanchez. Sanchez maintains the clinch. The referee calls for Sanchez to work.
Sanchez wants to break free but Lee has control.
A short uppercut from Sanchez.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee blocks a body shot from Sanchez. Sanchez with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Sanchez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sanchez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Lee with a lazy takedown attempt and Sanchez counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sanchez throws a combination. Lee tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Sanchez lands a big head kick that sends Lee tumbling to the mat! Sanchez takes a step backwards and waves Lee back to his feet - he wants the finish! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sanchez gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sanchez stops a takedown attempt from Lee.
Sanchez lands an uppercut. Sanchez wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lee tries for a takedown but Sanchez manages to get underhooks.
Chris Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Lee. A short right hand to the side of the head by Sanchez. Sanchez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Sanchez. No joy for Lee on that attempt. Sanchez works over Lee's head and body with a nice combination. Sanchez fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Lee looks winded! Sanchez closes the distance and pushes Lee back into the cage. Sanchez breaks from the clinch.
Sanchez feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lee sprawling to the canvas! Lee rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sanchez finish him?!
Lee is rocked! Sanchez moves into the clinch. Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Sanchez finish him? Sanchez breaks the clinch.
Lee seems to have recovered his senses. Sanchez has closed the distance and engaged Lee in a clinch.
Sanchez manages to break the clinch.
Lee with a poor takedown and Sanchez comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Lee stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Sanchez is on him like rabid pit bull! Lee slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Sanchez!
