That has opened up Enrique Gonzales's cut even more.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gonzales accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gonzales shoots in looking for a takedown. Russel tries to sprawl out of it but Gonzales keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Russel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Russel is pressed up against the cage. Gonzales has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Russel down to the mat. Russel avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
