Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Moe Biscapoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicky Pesci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pesci rushes Biscapoe and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Pesci has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Biscapoe regains guard immediately.
Biscapoe looking for subs off his back but Pesci has passed one foot through into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pesci really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Biscapoe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Biscapoe manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pesci manages to get himself to full guard.

Pesci shoots in and gets a takedown into Biscapoe's guard.
Pesci stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Biscapoe swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Biscapoe is looking for a triangle but Pesci pushes his legs off easily.

Biscapoe has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pesci is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Biscapoe.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pesci in particular looking to stall.
Pesci is looking for a kimura but Biscapoe is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pesci to get the leverage.

Biscapoe looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Pesci pushes past his half guard into mount!

Pesci is persistently looking for the submission but Biscapoe is defending it well.
Pesci really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Biscapoe.

This one could be over very soon! Pesci goes limp - he's gone! Biscapoe jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
