Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Zahran scores with a hook.
Smith misses the jab.
Al Zahran throws a series of punches but Smith avoids them all with ease.
A punch lands to the side of Al Zahran 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Al Zahran throws a good cross that connects.
Smith has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Al Zahran.
Al Zahran avoids a kick to the body.
Hamad Al Zahran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith throws a lazy head kick
and Al Zahran counters with a nice uppercut.
Al Zahran connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Smith throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Al Zahran sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Al Zahran feints and then cracks Smith's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smith down.
Donk. Al Zahran catches Smith right on the button with a cross.
Smith on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Al Zahran does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Smith uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Al Zahran.

Smith tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That kick from Al Zahran tenderised Smith's leg. Smith is trying to keep his angry face on.

Smith has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Smith connects with an inside leg kick.

Al Zahran throws a nice outside leg kick.
Al Zahran does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Al Zahran looks to land a left hand but Smith moved out of range nicely.
Smith takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Smith moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Smith tried to score with a low kick but Al Zahran checks it.
Smith throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Al Zahran throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Smith uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Al Zahran.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Hamad Al Zahran will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Al Zahran dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Smith. That did some damage!

Al Zahran thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Smith if he has to take too many more of those.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Smith counters with a head kick that drops Al Zahran to the mat! Al Zahran scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Al Zahran is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Smith crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Al Zahran - the referee stops the clock and Smith gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Al Zahran. Smith manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Oh Al Zahran is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith misses with a looping left.
An inside leg kick from Al Zahran misses.
Smith steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Al Zahran is out on his feet! Smith sets himself and nearly takes Al Zahran's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
