The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ortiz moves into the clinch successfully.
Ortiz goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ortiz misses with the head strike.
Ortiz scores with a shoulder strike.

Manhoef manages to break the clinch.
Manhoef lands with a big left! Ortiz is wobbled badly! Manhoef comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Ortiz to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Victor Ortiz spoke after the fight, saying 'just like my last fight, I knew we were going to bang this out, I'm not done yet, this isn't boxing, my stand up skills are still making the MMA transition, I have years of more fighting in me! Ill be back!'.
