Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaska Juntta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Gage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juntta shoots in for a takedown but Gage shows good takedown defense.

Gage throws a combination. Juntta tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Horrible takedown by Juntta or perhaps it was just good defense by Gage which made him look bad.
Juntta shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gage as he avoids it easily.
Juntta closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gage did well to prevent Juntta getting side control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Joe Gage hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Gage leaves Juntta with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Gage stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gage wants it to stay on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Joe Gage will probably get the nod.

That's time! Juntta's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Juntta shoots in looking for a takedown. Gage tries to sprawl out of it but Juntta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gage manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Gage counters with a crisp right hand that drops Juntta! Gage lets Juntta back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Juntta is rocked!
Juntta drops his hands momentarily. Gage doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Juntta staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Juntta doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Joe Gage!
