Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leog Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredie Jewel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leog Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fredie Jewel!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Franklyn Lucas and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jewel closes the distance and clinches.
Man fails to pull guard.
Man taking a breather.

Jewel wants the takedown. Man is fighting it off but Jewel persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Man's guard against the cage.
Man being controlled here, momentarily.

Man working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jewel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jewel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Man working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Jewel has passed into half guard!

Jewel is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Man sees it coming and defends easily.

Man is in trouble now - Jewel has advanced to mount!
Jewel tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Jewel working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Jewel fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jewel landing strikes from the mount and Man is in trouble!

Jewel working for a submission but Man is keeping him at bay.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Man in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Jewel controlling his opponent.
Jewel working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Jewel with shots to the head and body - Man looks very uncomfortable down there.
A nice elbow there by Jewel.
Jewel landing strikes from the mount and Man is in trouble!
Jewel sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Man could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Jewel working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Jewel lands with some strikes.
Man knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jewel on the ground.
Man is trying to stand up.
Jewel controlling the position easily from mount.
Let's hope that Jewel has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Man defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Jewel.

Man keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Man is breathing heavily.
Man tries to control Jewel's body but Jewel pushes him off. Man squirms to his side and now Jewel has his back!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jewel is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Jewel gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Jewel gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Jewel apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Man shoots for a takedown but Jewel saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Man will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jewel throws a right hand that Man ducks under and follows up with a left that Man also avoids with ease.
Jewel misses with a takedown attempt - Man sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Leog Man is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Man shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jewel is staying active underneath Man, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Jewel kicks Man off and gets back to his feet.

Jewel dives in and scores a takedown into Man's guard.
Jewel postures up and lands a big shot to Man's brow.
Jewel is pushing down on Man's leg trying to pass to half guard. Man is fighting to maintain full guard but Jewel has managed to sneak the leg through.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jewel is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jewel is controlling the pace.
Man is trying to control but can't.

Jewel looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Jewel is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Jewel looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Jewel uses his free foot to push down on Man's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Man.
The referee warns Man that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Jewel lands a big elbow.
Fredie Jewel has got the better of the ground game so far.
Jewel prevents Man from getting the reversal.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jewel cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Jewel tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Jewel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Man is looking to improve his position but Jewel isn't that keen on the idea.

Man might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fredie Jewel showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Man shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jewel as he jumps to the side.
Jewel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jewel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Jewel content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Man tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Fredie Jewel has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Man has left one of his arms exposed and Jewel doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Man screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
