Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chase Chason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Chase Chason has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Chase Chason seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chason on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Santana lands a nice looking kick to the body. Chason takes a step back to recover.
Chason closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Chason lands in his opponent's guard.
Santana has his foot on Chason's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chason works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chason.
Santana throws a solid leg kick but Chason takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Santana.
Chason feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Chason stands and throws Santana's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Chason swings around for an armbar but Santana sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Chason's guard.
