The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Eriksson circles away quickly and effectively.
Eriksson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Eriksson dives in and scores a takedown into Martin's guard.

Eriksson shoots for a double leg takedown but Martin sprawls well. He's pushed Eriksson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Martin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eriksson.

Eriksson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Martin sprawls well. Martin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Eriksson gets slowly back to his feet.
