Cortes shoots for a takedown but Polo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Polo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Cortes lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Polo is looking for a sweep. Cortes is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Polo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cortes's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cortes's back!
Cortes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Polo on the ground.

Polo is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Cortes with him. Cortes is trying to defend but Polo has an arm under the chin now! Cortes grimaces and is forced to tap out!
