Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dark Thoughts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dark Thoughts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dan Henderson!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Thoughts has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Dark Thoughts has been cut.
Henderson throws a good cross that connects.
Thoughts will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Thoughts closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Henderson quickly recovers to half guard.
Henderson looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thoughts not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thoughts wants to pass to mount but Henderson is defending the position.
Henderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Thoughts. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Thoughts slips a nice elbow through Henderson's hands, connecting with Henderson's forehead.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Thoughts in particular looking to stall.
Henderson looks like he's trying to stand up.
Thoughts lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thoughts winds up and cracks Henderson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Thoughts is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Thoughts prevents Henderson from improving his position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Henderson wants to get back to his feet.
Thoughts passes to side control.
Thoughts landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Thoughts is chipping away with strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thoughts scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Henderson to see if he's OK.
Henderson is not content to let Thoughts control the position.

Henderson is rocked!
A big shot lands for Thoughts! That's hurt Henderson! Will he recover? Thoughts fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dark Thoughts!
A relieved looking Dark Thoughts thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
