Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sauvi Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Diesel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sauvi Bean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trey Diesel! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diesel tries for a takedown but Bean sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Bean tries to land a front kick but Diesel steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bean misses with a head kick.
Bean misses with a takedown attempt - Diesel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Diesel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bean wants to clinch and Diesel counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bean's guard now. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Diesel accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Diesel is stalling in the full guard. Bean not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Diesel preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diesel postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Diesel tries to stand but Bean is controlling from the bottom. Bean looking to hit a scissor sweep but Diesel is one step ahead there. Diesel prevents Bean from getting back to his feet. Diesel sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Trey Diesel was stalling too much, according to the referee. Diesel stuffs the takedown. Diesel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bean tries to avoid it but Diesel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bean to the ground. Bean escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diesel shoots in and gets a takedown into Bean's guard. Diesel showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Diesel's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Diesel postures up.
Diesel slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Trey Diesel was stalling too much, according to the referee. Diesel dives in for a single leg takedown but Bean sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Sauvi Bean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trey Diesel. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A short right hand to the side of the head by Diesel. Diesel pulls guard successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diesel is looking to stand back up but Bean counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Diesel. Diesel is pressing down on Bean's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Bean is breathing heavily. Diesel had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bean defends it easily. Diesel is trying to control the position but Bean postures up. Bean trying to control but Diesel is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bean has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Diesel is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bean postures up in Diesel's guard and throws a big left but Diesel blocks it. Diesel has his foot on Bean's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bean works his way back into a safe position though. Diesel wants to sweep but no luck. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Diesel can do anything to dispel that myth. Bean prevents Diesel from getting back to his feet. Diesel has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Bean should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Diesel has tightened it up now! Bean should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
