Dawson comes into the arena with Lambda Lambda Lambda Song blaring out of the sound system. Robin Convents will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Convents lands a leg kick that knocks Dawson off balance momentarily.

Convents closes the distance and pushes Dawson back into the cage.
Dawson tries to break the clinch but Convents is controlling the position.
Dawson is looking to break free of the clinch but Convents has double underhooks.
Dawson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Convents avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Convents's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Convents tries to close the distance and clinch but Dawson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Convents has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Dawson has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Dawson tries a body shot but Convents blocks it.
Dawson tries to pull guard but Convents holds him up against the cage and eventually Dawson drops back down to his feet.
A frustrated look appears on Dawson's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Convents escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dawson avoids the head kick by Convents.
Convents wants to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Convents throws a quick inside leg kick.
Dawson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Convents as he jumps to the side.

Convents lands a big head kick that sends Dawson tumbling to the mat! Convents takes a step backwards and waves Dawson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dawson is rocked!

It looks like Dudley Dawson has been cut.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dawson. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
