Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bret Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Little Lion Man by Mumford and Sons as his entrance music. Bret Hart could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ricardo Silva's chin.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hart gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Silva dodges the punch combination from Hart .
Hart pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva throws a nice head kick!
Silva rushes Hart and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hart pulls his leg out and moves away.

Hart tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.

Hart chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Silva can pounce on him.
Silva moves into the clinch.
Silva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Silva lands a nice hook to Hart 's body. Hart takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hart fails to land with a series of punches.
Hart tries to keep at a distance but Silva has taken the fight into the clinch.
Silva has Hart pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Silva pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hart tumbling to the mat - Silva dives into Hart 's guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva gets to his feet - Hart follows without any prompting.
Hart is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Silva throws a head kick that misses.
Silva has closed the distance and engaged Hart in a clinch.
Silva drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Silva throws a sloppy head kick and Hart moves out of range easily.
Silva clinches up against the cage.
Silva has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Silva's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hart fails to land the takedown.
Hart tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt.
A solid leg kick lands there for Silva.
Silva rushes Hart and presses him up against the cage.
Hart is fighting off a takedown attempt but Silva is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hart to the mat. Hart regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Silva is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Hart trying to keep a closed guard but Silva is proving a slippery customer.
Silva gets to his feet. Hart looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Hart keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Silva.
Silva lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Hart shoots in and gets a takedown into Silva's guard.
Silva is adopting a defensive guard.
Silva not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Hart won't allow Silva to sweep him here.
Hart has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Silva is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hart is posturing up here but Silva has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hart tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hart has to tap! Slick submission there by Silva!
