Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Renolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Gruber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Hans Gruber!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gruber looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Gruber feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Renolds swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Gruber is now in Renolds's guard. A big mistake from Renolds there, giving up the dominant position!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Renolds shoots in looking for a takedown. Gruber tries to sprawl out of it but Renolds keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gruber manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
