Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Christian Destruction (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Stacey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Destruction kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sonic Syndicate - Denied. Christian Destruction could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Lee Stacey's chin.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lee Stacey! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stacey has Destruction up against the cage in a clinch.
Destruction tries to land knees in the clinch but Stacey avoids the damage to the body. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Stacey jumps guard but Destruction stands there with Stacey around his waist. Stacey gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Stacey is trying to ground and pound but Destruction uses the momentary lack of control by Stacey to regain half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Stacey thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Stacey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Stacey landing with the ground and pound. Stacey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Destruction works some decent striking defense from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stacey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Destruction swivels and escapes. Christian Destruction has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Stacey. Stacey fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Destruction fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stacey on the side of the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Stacey feints and as Destruction raises his hands in defense, Stacey changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Stacey with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Stacey distracts Destruction with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Destruction wants to stand but Stacey is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stacey content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Stacey is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Stacey lands a couple of decent looking shots. Stacey loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Stacey postures up in Destruction's guard and throws a big left but Destruction blocks it. Destruction working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stacey. Stacey throws and elbow that misses. Destruction uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stacey's guard. Nice move by Destruction! Stacey working from the bottom, still in full guard. Stacey has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Destruction is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Stacey. Stacey tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Destruction wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Destruction tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Stacey manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Stacey working over Destruction with some ground and pound. Destruction looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Stacey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stacey wants to pass the guard but Destruction is defending well. Stacey is looking to take a break and control but Destruction is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Destruction blocking the ground and pound attempt from Stacey. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Christian Destruction will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Destruction is rocked! Stacey shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Stacey slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Stacey lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Lee Stacey!
