Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yang Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by Japanese National Anthem. Velazquez has chosen Since the Flood- as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juan Velazquez!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velazquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Velazquez slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Velazquez loads up on a big right hand but Lee slips the punch.
Velazquez throws a shot to the body.
Velazquez has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lee drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lee has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
A lazy left from Velazquez finds it's target.
Velazquez throws a sloppy body shot
and Lee counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Velazquez takes an elbow to the forehead.
Velazquez has had enough of the clinch but Lee keeps him there for the moment.
Lee fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Velazquez throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.
Velazquez works the jab nicely.
Velazquez takes a kick to the side of the head.
Velazquez jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Velazquez drops Lee with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Lee! Velazquez dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Juan Velazquez!
