Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chance Boudreaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brutus Alidi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boudreaux lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Alidi moves away from the strike by Boudreaux.
Alidi shoots in but Boudreaux avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Boudreaux paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Boudreaux stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Boudreaux wants it to stay on the feet.

Alidi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Boudreaux defends well.

Boudreaux throws a hook but Alidi blocks it.
The fighters circle momentarily. Boudreaux darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Alidi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Boudreaux finds it's way round the side to connect with Alidi's head.
Alidi tries to clinch up but Boudreaux circles away and keeps his distance.

Horrible takedown by Alidi or perhaps it was just good defense by Boudreaux which made him look bad.

Alidi takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Alidi needs to keep his hands up - Boudreaux had a free shot at his head there.
