Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lone Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geordie St Pearce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lone Wolf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Geordie St Pearce! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from St Pearce misses. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that St Pearce has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Wolf lands a nice looking kick to the body. St Pearce takes a step back to recover. St Pearce throws a jab but it's blocked by Wolf. St Pearce feints and as Wolf raises his hands in defense, St Pearce changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Wolf working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from St Pearce. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wolf is on top in guard.

Wolf lands a couple of decent looking shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wolf pushes down on St Pearce's leg and manages to get into half guard. Wolf keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Wolf uses his free foot to push down on St Pearce's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for St Pearce.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Wolf extends the arm and St Pearce is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Lone Wolf! During a confident post fight interview, Lone Wolf thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
