Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Dumile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hawk Gunner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dumile comes to the cage accompanied by Doomsday. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hawk Gunner was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Dumile! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hawk Gunner! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dumile moves away. Dumile lands a high kick!
Gunner tries to bum rush Dumile with a series of wild strikes but Dumile uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Gunner gets a double leg takedown into Dumile's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Dumile manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Gunner bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Dumile wants to get back to his feet but Gunner passes into half guard.
Dumile tries to get to full guard but Gunner has control of the leg. Gunner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dumile sees it coming and defends easily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dumile manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dumile is looking to stand up but Gunner isn't so interested in that idea. Gunner trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gunner wants to control from the top but Dumile keeps moving. Gunner pushing down on Dumile's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Dumile holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Dumile is looking for a sweep. Gunner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gunner thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Dumile punching from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dumile is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gunner pulls his head out easily. Gunner looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gunner wants to take a breather but Dumile is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gunner passes to full mount! Dumile is trying to stand up. Dumile blocking the ground and pound. Gunner controlling the position easily from mount. We've been informed that Gunner has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Dumile tries to hold on but Gunner postures up. Gunner throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Dumile because Gunner loaded up on that one.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dumile manages to regain half guard. Good work. Gunner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Gunner works his way into side control. Gunner advances to full mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gunner avoids the attempt from Dumile to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dumile explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Gunner lands a really nice looking cross but Dumile seems unphased.
Gunner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Dumile wants to get back to full guard. Dumile is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gunner pulls his head out easily. Gunner is trying to control the action in half guard but Dumile is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Gunner is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dumile is just riding it out for now. Gunner eventually gives up the hold. Gunner is thwarting Dumile's attempts to control the position.

Hawk Gunner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Daniel Dumile's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

You can't force these things though and Dumile defends well. Dumile postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Dumile throws an elbow that misses. That's one minute gone in the round. Dumile is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Gunner wants to pass the guard but Dumile is keeping the position. Dumile will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dumile can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gunner controls the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dumile lands a head shot. Gunner takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dumile fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gunner. Nice shot lands for Gunner. Gunner lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dumile at a distance.
Hawk Gunner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dumile looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gunner is fending him off so far but Dumile persists. Nope, Gunner circles away and we're back to standing. Gunner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dumile moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Daniel Dumile is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Good standup being displayed there by Gunner as he connects with a hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dumile uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gunner. Dumile uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gunner has time to react. Gunner looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. That's three minutes gone in the round. Gunner throws a hook to the side of Dumile's head but Dumile sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Gunner throws an off balance right hand
and Dumile counters with a body kick that stops Gunner in his tracks momentarily. Gunner takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Dumile misses with a body shot.
Dumile fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gunner has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Dumile uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gunner. A slapping body kick lands there for Dumile. Gunner throws a nice looking combination but Dumile bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dumile fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gunner crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dumile - the referee stops the clock and Gunner gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dumile. Gunner manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Good standup being displayed there by Dumile as he connects with a hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dumile shoots in but no luck this time. Gunner has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dumile.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gunner just misses with a punch to the body.
Dumile thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Gunner if he has to take too many more of those.
A big right from Gunner misses. Dumile with a hook. Hawk Gunner seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dumile lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Dumile is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Dumile cracks the inside of Gunner's front leg. Nice straight punches there by Dumile. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dumile. Gunner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dumile circles away quickly and effectively. Dumile dives in for a single leg takedown but Gunner sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Dumile. That's going to take a lot out of him. A body shot lands from Dumile.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dumile pressing his opponent against the cage.
