Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between TC Bontjas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bontjas looks for a takedown but Kong sprawls well.
Bontjas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kong's waist but Bontjas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bontjas off to one side.
Bontjas shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TC Bontjas. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kong looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bontjas with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kong is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Bontjas counters with a leg kick.
Bontjas stuffs the takedown attempt from Kong. Kong gets slowly back to his feet.

Kong wants the takedown. Bontjas is fighting it off but Kong persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bontjas's guard against the cage.

Kong throws a strike aimed at the side of Bontjas's head but Bontjas avoids it well.
