Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Losev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daquiem Jonhnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Losev's entrance music is Celine Dion - Thats The Way It Is. A fine choice. Daquiem Jonhnson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Losev gets a double leg takedown into Jonhnson's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Jonhnson has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Losev has passed into side control.
An elbow from Losev crashes against the mat.
Losev landing strikes.
Losev is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jonhnson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Losev throwing strikes but Jonhnson manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
My spies in DUDES GYM...inc..CBK inform me that Jonhnson has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Losev has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Losev is not content to let Jonhnson control the position.

Losev thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jonhnson's head.

Losev seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jonhnson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Losev looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jonhnson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Jonhnson is looking to control Losev's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jonhnson avoid being mounted?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jonhnson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Losev with shots to the head and body - Jonhnson looks very uncomfortable down there.
Losev lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Jonhnson hang on?
Losev postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Jonhnson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Losev around the waist but Losev pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Losev is the winner by TKO! Losev jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nikolai Losev!
After winning the bout, Nikolai Losev thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
