Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Tillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Simmons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Tillman! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tillman tries to clinch but Simmons moves away and Simmons counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tillman moves in looking to clinch but Simmons pushes him off. Tillman scores with a decent looking hook. Simmons throws a good cross that connects.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tillman wants to clinch. Tillman lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Simmons looks to land a left hand but Tillman moved out of range nicely. Tillman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tillman wants to clinch and Simmons counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Tillman thinking. Tillman closes the distance and pushes Simmons back into the cage. Simmons tries to break the clinch but Tillman is controlling the position. Simmons wants to get back to striking at distance but Tillman won't allow it.

Tillman trying to control the position but instead, Simmons has worked for underhooks and has pushed Tillman into the cage. Simmons blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Simmons on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tillman goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Tillman is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Tillman displaying some good clinch control by pressing Simmons up against the cage. Tillman wants to stall.
Simmons is trying to break free. Tillman keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Simmons's efforts to push away. Simmons wants to break free but Tillman has control.
Simmons can't break the clinch.
Tillman stalling in the clinch but Simmons improves position. Simmons is trying to break free. Simmons's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tillman darts in trying to clinch and Simmons counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Simmons wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Simmons is trying to force a seperation but Tillman has the dominant position. Simmons working hard to break the clinch. Simmons blocks a body shot from Tillman. Simmons breaks from the clinch.
Tillman tries to close the distance and clinch but Simmons swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Simmons jabs Tillman to the body, keeping him at a distance. Tillman looks winded! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Some wild striking there from Simmons.
Simmons keeps the fight on the outside. Simmons misses with a wild combination.

Tillman works Simmons's body with a nice hook. Simmons fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Simmons looks to land a combination but Tillman avoids it well. Tillman tries to clinch but Simmons moves out of range. Simmons dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tim Tillman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Simmons throws a nice looking combination but Tillman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Simmons fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A punch combination from Simmons misses. Tillman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Simmons manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Simmons lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Simmons connects with the punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sloppy strikes from Simmons. Those never looked like landing. Simmons connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Tillman tumbling to the canvas! Simmons pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Tillman was done - good stoppage!
