Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diasaku Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tataki Mizuto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diasaku Machida has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses the jab.

Mizuto fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Machida sprawls well initially but Mizuto persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Mizuto is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mizuto is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Machida to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Machida shrugs it off.

Mizuto throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Machida tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mizuto is in Machida's guard.
