Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Georgi Todorov!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todorov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Haldi defends well and Todorov ends up having to push Haldi into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Todorov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Haldi tries to avoid it but Todorov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Haldi to the ground. Haldi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Todorov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Haldi wants to control but Todorov is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Todorov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Haldi defends it well.

Haldi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Todorov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
