Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vort Under (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nao Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nao Tanaka will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vort Under!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nao Tanaka!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanaka throws a leg kick
and Under counters with a thumping low kick.
Tanaka throws the left hand but Under avoids the punch easily.
Tanaka instigates a clinch.
Our sources have told us that Under has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Under lands a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Under drops back looking for a leg! Tanaka is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tanaka manages to kick Under off! Under jumps back into Tanaka's guard.
Under with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Under thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Under working some strikes from top position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Under lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Under drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Under jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Under wants to control from the top but Tanaka keeps moving.
Tanaka utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Tanaka wants to stand but Under is controlling the position.
Under drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Under as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Tanaka screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Under! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Vort Under!
