The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danielson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Myers tries for a takedown but Danielson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

It looks like Zack Myers has been cut.
Myers looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Myers wants to work for an arm triangle but Danielson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Danielson wants the takedown. Myers is fighting it off but Danielson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Myers's guard against the cage.

Danielson is looking to defend but Myers has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Danielson! Myers pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Danielson taps out and this one is all over!
