The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polk throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A slow jab from Bishop misses its intended target.
Polk takes one to the chin there.
Polk misses with a left hand
and Bishop counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bishop fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Polk manages to avoid it.
Good shot there by Polk.
Bishop throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
James Polk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Polk gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bishop.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bishop throws a looping overhand right but Polk ducks down to avoid it.
Bishop sizes up Polk with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Polk misses with a hook.

A swing and a miss from Bishop.
Bishop throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Polk connects with a right hand. Bishop shakes it off.
Bishop is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Bishop drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Polk right on the button. Polk goes down! Bishop follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Bishop gets the win via TKO!
