Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nisse Blockson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitchell Stehling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stehling has chosen Turmion Kätilöt - Minä MÄÄRÄÄN! as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nisse Blockson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
45 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mitchell Stehling! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blockson throws a lazy body kick and Stehling counters with a shoot takedown. Blockson fights it but they end up in guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Blockson being controlled here, momentarily. Blockson keeping full guard, as Stehling tries to pass. Blockson is looking to sweep but instead, Stehling has passed into half guard.
Stehling working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Blockson is looking for a sweep. Stehling is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stehling stalling away here and it's allowed Blockson to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Stehling stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Blockson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stehling preventing the sweep. Stehling trying to control but Blockson is working from the bottom. Stehling passes Blockson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Blockson is pressing down on Stehling's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Stehling wants to control from the top but Blockson keeps moving. Blockson wants to improve his position but instead Stehling has moved into half guard.
Blockson is trying to get back to full guard. Stehling is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Blockson! Blockson is in a horrible position here. Stehling smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blockson is trying to escape the mount.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stehling won't let Blockson get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Stehling content just to control the position here. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Blockson manages to regain half guard. Good work. Stehling seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Blockson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Blockson is not content to let Stehling control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stehling scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Stehling prevents Blockson from improving his position. Stehling working the head and body with strikes. Stehling wants to control but Blockson is keeping him busy. Stehling passes the guard and advances to mount! Blockson tries to reverse the position but Stehling maintains control. Stehling putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stehling content just to control the position here. Stehling can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Blockson is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Blockson is looking to get to half guard. Blockson is squirming around, avoiding Stehling's attempts to control the action. Stehling avoids the attempt from Blockson to control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Blockson is desperately trying to improve his position but Stehling has a good base and remains in mount. Stehling landing shots from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mitchell Stehling dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Blockson thuds his shin into the meat of Stehling's side. Stehling lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A nice leg kick lands there from Blockson. Stehling wants to clinch up but Blockson keeps it at a distance. Blockson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Stehling misses with a body shot.
Blockson throws a shot from downtown. Stehling moves away and avoids it. A swing and a miss from Blockson. Stehling ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blockson moves away. A nice leg kick lands there from Blockson. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A jab from Stehling misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. A good leg kick by Blockson. Blockson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nisse Blockson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A chopping leg kick lands by Blockson. Stehling throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Blockson cracks Stehling with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Blockson misses with a hook
and Stehling counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stehling prevents Blockson from improving his position. Stehling trying to control the action but Blockson is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blockson trying to control from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blockson is trying to stand up here but Stehling is controlling him well. Stehling thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Stehling wants to take a breather but Blockson is having none of it. Ground and pound from Stehling. Blockson is looking to control Stehling's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Blockson avoid being mounted? Stehling is keen to just control but Blockson is a slippery customer. Stehling is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Stehling controlling his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blockson working to try and regain half guard.
Stehling landing strikes from the mount. Stehling lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Blockson is trying desperately to improve position. Blockson is working hard here to advance position. Blockson taking shots to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. BOOM! Stehling connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Stehling scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Blockson?
Blockson is rocked! Stehling postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Blockson out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Stehling goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Mitchell Stehling! A relieved looking Mitchell Stehling thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
