The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmons throws a jab but it's blocked by Vinetto.
Timmons showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Vinetto.
Vinetto throws out a powerful jab.
Timmons fails with a takedown attempt.
Vinetto drops Timmons with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Timmons looks back up at him and smiles so Vinetto waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Timmons is rocked!
It looks like Bill Timmons has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vinetto drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Timmons 's head, knocking him out cold! Vinetto is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vincent Vinetto!
