Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kyreese Williams!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams catches Hogsback with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Williams closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hogsback did well to prevent Williams getting side control.
Hogsback trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hogsback wants to control but Williams is having none of it.
Williams sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Williams can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hogsback is looking to escape.
Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Williams seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Hogsback is holding on tight.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Kyreese Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Williams.
Williams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hogsback keeps working.

Williams tries for a kimura but Hogsback is defending well.
Hogsback is not content to let Williams control the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Hogsback tries to bench press Williams off him but Williams keeps the position.

Williams in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Hogsback is looking for a sweep.
Williams controls the position from side control.
Hogsback wants to control but Williams postures up.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kyreese Williams.

Williams misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Williams is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hogsback's shoulder. That is not cool.

Williams stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Williams moves into the clinch successfully.

Williams ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Williams no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Williams manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hogsback manages to get himself to full guard.
Williams scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Williams wants to control from the top but Hogsback keeps moving.
Williams wants to pass the guard but Hogsback is keeping the position.

Williams is stalling in the full guard.
Xander Hogsback has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kyreese Williams hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Williams shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Williams showed some decent athleticism there.

Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
