Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Flynn Inc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Souza has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Flynn Inc's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Flynn Inc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Souza! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Inc has closed the distance and engaged Souza in a clinch.
Souza is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Inc pulls him back up using the underhooks. Souza has Inc pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Inc manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Souza tries for a takedown. No joy.
Flynn Inc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Souza. Souza drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Inc gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Inc gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Souza.
Souza has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Inc avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Inc is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Souza can't fight it off and eventually Inc manages to take the fight to the floor. Souza looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Inc tries to free his leg and advance position but Souza is retaining full guard. Inc landing with the ground and pound. Inc has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Inc trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Souza has his feet on Inc's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inc fails with the takedown. Inc shoots in looking for a takedown. Souza tries to sprawl out of it but Inc keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Souza manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Inc darts in looking for a takedown but Souza gets double underhooks and turns Inc into the cage. Inc has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Souza is trying to keep an underhook but Inc manages to get the takedown into half guard. Souza wants to improve his position but Inc is controlling well.
Souza is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Inc's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Inc's back! Souza is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Inc knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Inc for a finish. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Inc manages to reverse the position and now he's in Souza's guard. Nice work there by Inc.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Souza has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Inc has passed into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Inc working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Souza manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Souza tries to pass the half guard into mount. Inc knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Souza seems to be working for a kimura but Inc defends the submission attempt. Souza wants to control but Inc is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Souza is working for a kimura but Inc is defending it quite comfortably.

Souza is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Inc reverses the position - he's now on top in Souza's guard. Souza is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Inc is aware though and is defending well. Souza keeping moving, preventing Inc from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Souza is looking to cinch up a triangle. Inc throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Souza's body to avoid the submission. Souza has instead reached around Inc's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Souza arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
