And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbalic circles away from the clinch attempt.
Beaudin moves in looking to clinch but Barbalic pushes him off.
Beaudin is looking to clinch.
Barbalic swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Barbalic scores with the left hand. Beaudin knows he should have avoided that one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Beaudin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Beaudin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Barbalic.
Barbalic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beaudin's waist but Beaudin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barbalic off to one side.

Beaudin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Barbalic's sensitive parts.

Nice uppercut lands for Barbalic. That snapped Beaudin's head back.
Beaudin throws out a loose jab but Barbalic uses good head movement to avoid it.
Barbalic sizes up Beaudin with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Barbalic avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Beaudin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Barbalic manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Barbalic is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Beaudin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Barbalic.
Beaudin looks like he's trying to stand up.

Barbalic is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Barbalic prevents Beaudin from improving his position.
Barbalic is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Beaudin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Barbalic is pressing down on Beaudin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Beaudin is holding on for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Barbalic seems to be working for a kimura but Beaudin defends the submission attempt.

Beaudin pushes Barbalic off looking to stand but Barbalic dives back in and keeps control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Nikola Barbalic will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Barbalic works the jab nicely.
Barbalic connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Beaudin's hands.
Barbalic doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Beaudin counters with a thumping low kick.
Beaudin looks for a takedown but Barbalic sprawls well.

Barbalic darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Beaudin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Beaudin there as he acknowledges the shot.

Beaudin gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Barbalic swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Beaudin.

Barbalic throws an overhand right that drops Beaudin like a sack of potatoes! Barbalic dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
