The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brady dips to his left and cracks Ross with an uppercut!

It looks like Dan Ross has been cut.
Brady will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Oooooh!!! Ross has knocked Brady down with a huge combo! Ross steps away and waves a wobbly Brady back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Bobby Brady has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brady goes for a double leg but Ross avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ross continues to drive forward.

Ross breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ross lands a jab to Brady's midsection.
Brady takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ross lands with a good body shot.
Brady wants to clinch.
Ross will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ross digs a good hook to Brady's body.
Brady misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ross.

Brady shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Brady showed some decent athleticism there.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Brady is looking to take a break and control but Ross is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Ross is trying to stand back up but Brady is controlling him

Ross pushes Brady off looking to stand but Brady dives back in and keeps control.
Ross keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Brady wants to control but Ross is keeping him busy.
Brady prevents Ross from improving his position.
Brady is keen to just control but Ross is a slippery customer.

Brady content to stall in guard here.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Bobby Brady wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Brady moves to clinch but Ross breaks away
and Ross counters with a stiff right hand.
Brady looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ross misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ross lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brady's corner calls for a 1-2. Brady obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Brady cracks Ross with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Brady has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ross to stand back up!

Ross is rocked!
