The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daskalov slaps away a takedown attempt from Seamon, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Daskalov throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Daskalov.
Seamon is looking to clinch but Daskalov is avoiding it.
Seamon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Daskalov sprawls well. Daskalov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Seamon gets slowly back to his feet.

Daskalov takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Daskalov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Daskalov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Seamon eats them both and turns towards Daskalov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
