Pozsar tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mazzuca looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mazzuca takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
No luck for Mazzuca with that takedown attempt.
Mazzuca throws a right hand that misses
and Pozsar counters with a nice uppercut.
Mazzuca is rocked!
Mazzuca walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Mazzuca limp body while Pozsar jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tomi Pozsar!
During a confident post fight interview, Tomi Pozsar thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Roman Mazzuca was interviewed post fight and said 'I just wanna say that I'm sorry for that loss. I really thought I could win this fight, but my hat's off to my opponent. He was the better fighter tonight.'.
