The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liana circles away from the clinch attempt.
Okamura misses with a double jab.

Okamura has taken the fight to the clinch.

It looks like Laipui Liana has been cut.

Kazumi Okamura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Laipui Liana.

Okamura's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Okamura could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Okamura tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Liana is working for a submission of some sort.

Liana is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Okamura is surviving well by controlling Liana's body position as best he can.

Liana swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
