Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Ewell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Yauch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ewell might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to White Dude. The crowd seem to be enjoying Yauch's choice of entrance music: Fight For Your Right To Party. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adam Yauch! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yauch throws a leg kick but Ewell sees it coming and moves out of range. Yauch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Yauch scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ewell doesn't seem bothered though. A leg kick checked by Ewell. Ewell ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Yauch thows a leg kick but Ewell checks it and Ewell counters with a head kick. That will keep Yauch thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Yauch throws an ugly left hook that misses
so Ewell counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ewell wants to control from the top but Yauch keeps moving. Ewell is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Yauch wants to get back to his feet but Ewell is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Ewell trying to control but Yauch is working from the bottom. Ewell stops Yauch from standing up.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ewell utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Yauch swings wildly with an uppercut but Ewell uses good head movement to avoid it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fight stays on the outside here - Ewell looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ewell tries to close the distance and clinch but Yauch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Yauch misses with a right hand and Ewell counters with a head kick that drops Yauch to the mat! Yauch scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Yauch is rocked! Ewell slips under a jab. Yauch is still on wobbly legs! Can Ewell finish him? Steve Ewell is winning the standup battle so far. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ewell avoids the body shot from Yauch.

and Ewell counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Ewell looks at the referee who does nothing so Ewell lands a crushing right that sends Yauch to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Ewell! Our winner, Steve Ewell, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
