4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jari Koskela! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koskela lands with a hook. Jones tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Jones ducks under a wild hook from Koskela. The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jones moves into the clinch successfully.
Koskela tries to circle away but Jones has him pinned against the ropes. Jones has Koskela pressed against the ropes, preventing Koskela from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Koskela managing to block the knees to the body from Jones.
Koskela is trying to force a seperation but Jones has the dominant position. A frustrated look appears on Koskela's face as he tries to break the clinch. Koskela wants to get back to striking at distance but Jones won't allow it.

Koskela has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Jones works on Koskela's body with a couple of short punches. Koskela can't break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Koskela's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones tries to land a front kick but Koskela steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Jones gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Koskela waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Jones. Jones slips a jab from Koskela. Koskela lands with a cross. Koskela bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Koskela walks into a perfectly timed head kick by Jones and drops face first to the floor! Koskela's eyes are wide open but he's not all there - he's just flopping around the mat like a drunk on rollerskates! The referee doesn't even start the count - he's called an end to the fight, with Koskela in no position to continue!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Dallas Jones! Our winner, Dallas Jones, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
