Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Old (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mason Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Old! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane scores with a crisp jab that stopped Old in his tracks. Kane with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Old has Kane up against the cage in a clinch.
Kane has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Old has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kane regains guard immediately. Old stands and throws Kane's legs to the side, diving into side control. Old stands up and beckons Kane to his feet. Old gets a clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Old jumps into guard, dragging Kane to the mat.
Old controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Old manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Old breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kane is looking to slow Old down with leg kicks. Old moves out of range of the body kick from Kane.
Old walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Old walks into a straight right hand from Kane. Old tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Old somewhat. Mason Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Old looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Old walks into a left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Old needs to keep his hands up - Kane had a free shot at his head there. This has been an exciting period of action! Kane lands a lovely overhand right. Old takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Old takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Kane scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Old shoots in looking for a takedown. Kane tries to sprawl out of it but Old keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mason Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Old. Kane scores with a nice head shot. Mason Kane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice jab there from Kane. Kane lands a jab to the nose. Kane bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Old's head backwards. Old shoots in but Kane avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kane lands with a cross.
Old is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Old square on the jaw! Damn, Old is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
