Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Muhammad Czuczitez!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gompka throws the left hand but Czuczitez avoids the punch easily.
Czuczitez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Gompka misses with a right hand
and Czuczitez counters with a nice uppercut.
A telegraphed right hand from Gompka misses the target.
Nice body punch from Gompka.
Gompka misses the shot to the body.
Czuczitez tries to move into range but Gompka moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gompka drops Czuczitez with a left right combo! Gompka follows him down to the ground into side control.
Czuczitez is rocked!
Gompka looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Czuczitez is avoiding damage well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gompka trying to control the action but Czuczitez is working from the bottom.

Gompka throws a strike aimed at the side of Czuczitez's head but Czuczitez avoids it well.
You can see the frustration on Czuczitez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Czuczitez dodges the ground and pound from Gompka.
Czuczitez told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Gompka will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Czuczitez tries to buck Gompka off but Gompka is having none of it.
Gompka tries to score with some ground and pound. Czuczitez controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The strikes coming from Gompka are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Gompka looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Czuczitez with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Czuczitez wants to get back to his feet.

Czuczitez is staying active underneath Gompka, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Gompka has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gompka seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Gompka lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Czuczitez! Gompka sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Czuczitez and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Vincent Gompka thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
