Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fook Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yu comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Domination kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fook Yu told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tyler Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fook Yu!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams closes the distance and clinches up with Yu, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes Yu against the cage but Yu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Adams shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Yu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Adams's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Adams has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Yu should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Adams has tightened it up now! Yu should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tyler Adams!
A relieved looking Tyler Adams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
