Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnie Ballantine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bones comes to the cage accompanied by Fight Music D12. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones shoots in but no luck this time.
Ballantine swings for the body but Bones moves out of range.
Bones on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Ballantine ducks under a wild hook from Bones.
Bones has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Farrell Pikey Camp in the buildup to the fight.
Bones throws a push kick but Ballantine slaps the foot to one side.

Ballantine is looking for a sweep. Bones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That was a close round but I would say that Jonny Bones will probably get the nod.

A close second round but Johnie Ballantine will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Ballantine throws a chopping leg kick but Bones manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

and Ballantine counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bones thinking.
Bones shoots for a double leg takedown but Ballantine sprawls well. He's pushed Bones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bones takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Ballantine throws a hook to the side of Bones's head but Bones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
