Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noah Puckerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alejandro Zapata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zapata is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tres Delinquentes. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alejandro Zapata was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alejandro Zapata!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puckerman misses with a wild body shot.
Puckerman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Zapata.
Zapata lands with a shot to the body.
Noah Puckerman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Puckerman looks to score with a jab to the body but Zapata is just out of range.
A jab from Puckerman misses.
Zapata avoids a kick to the body.
Puckerman leaves Zapata with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Puckerman pivots, looking for a leg kick but Zapata is out of range and Puckerman settles back down.
A decent looking cross lands there for Zapata.
Puckerman stuffs the takedown attempt from Zapata. Zapata gets slowly back to his feet.
Puckerman shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zapata takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Puckerman lands with a right that hurts Zapata. Zapata looks to clinch but Puckerman throws a short knee that drops Zapata. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Noah Puckerman!
